    Our Southport shrimps are cooked then left to chill. They are weighed into pots and capped with a thin layer of butter.

    We then rapidly freeze to preserve the unique and distinctive flavour that only comes from Southport Brown Shrimps.

    This whole process is tested and sampled periodically by local authority Environmental Health in accordance with European legislation.
